Meeting Objectives:
· Provide overall leadership and direction for the SLG
· Ensure the SLG and the workstreams are on course to deliver benefits
· Provide direction and decisions on funding allocation
· Provide direction and decisions on escalated risks and changes to the SLG
· Provide direction and decisions on SLG Marketing and Communications
· Discuss and approve new workstreams and the discontinuation of workstreams
· Agree resource requirements for workstreams and other initiatives
· Identify ways to work more collaboratively and effectively with Microsoft and other vendors
